Diversity and inclusion at COLFI

COLFI is building infrastructure for institutional finance. The work we do touches the systems that move trillions of dollars across borders, asset classes, and counterparties every day.
Building that kind of infrastructure well requires perspectives that reflect the markets we serve and the people who depend on them.

We believe that better systems come from teams that bring different ways of thinking. That means actively building a workplace where people from different backgrounds, identities, and experiences can do their best work, contribute fully, and grow.

Our commitments

We are committed to building a team and a culture that:

  • Recruits inclusively. We actively seek candidates from groups historically underrepresented in financial technology, including women, people of colour, LGBTQ+ professionals, and people from non-traditional career paths. We assess candidates on demonstrated capability, not on signals of pedigree.

  • Pays fairly. We benchmark compensation transparently and aim to close pay gaps before they form. Equity grants and salary bands are reviewed regularly.

  • Supports flexible ways of working. We recognise that great work happens in different shapes. We accommodate caring responsibilities, neurodiversity, disability, religious observance, and the realities of life outside work.

  • Listens and acts. We treat feedback on inclusion as operational data. Concerns are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and acted on.

  • Holds ourselves accountable. As we grow, we will publish our team composition, pay equity metrics, and progress against these commitments — not because it is required, but because measurement is how we improve.
